I need some batteries for my scales, though they say ignorance is bliss
So.....my son bought be some mechanical bathroom scales for Christmas
I have had my first weigh in so will post here on January 1st to tell you what damage was done through all my festive feasting
I will be having dinner with my next door neighbour tomorrow...so that's about 10 pounds added...lol
I am very pleased to report that I bought myself a new belt yesterday as the old one was too big.
Not buying or making bread made a big difference, and potatoes only on Sundays.

First weigh in of the year this morning.
I think I should pig out more often as I lost 2 pounds of the Christmas break
I bought a new belt because I was losing weight.
Checked my weight on hotel scales yesterday which say I have gained 5Kg after cutting down food portions.
Simple solution: take an extra depession tablet...

Simpler solution....don't believe the hotel scales!!! Just stick to one scale, and then you know whether reality is really up or down!!

That's what I am doing. I checked into our local NHS weight loss clinic today and will get weighed there every two weeks.
I came home with some food diary sheets and a new appointment.
My neighbour and I are attending the clinic together and helping each other out in between appointments.
