Default Knitting Patterns too old but not old enough?

My knitting patterns just dont sell. Theyve been listed for months at just 35p each and i havent sold even one. I wondered if its because they are too old to be fashionable but not old enough yet to be vintage (theyre from the 80's) Does anyone else manage to sell 80's patterns or should i just give up. I have another 100 to list but i dont think its worthwhile

Not sure why they aren't selling, I list patterns that are much the same as yours and have regular sales.

    Hi,

I can do a feature on my multi user blog if you like re your patterns (you are welcome to join if you like ?), i too sell knitting and sewing patterns, some of my buyers ive had for years (from other auctions sites) some are brand new buyers, i actually sell my patterns from 50p upwards so i dont know why your not selling.

I also pin and tweet a lot of my items although im not on facebook (thats another story !)

    Best wishes

Don't give up! Remember the old saying..."what goes around, comes around" . I've got patterns, too, and eventually what is "old" becomes "new" again. (Just wish you had crochet patterns...that's my forte'!!

I do look out for crochet patterns too. I inherited most of the patterns from my mum, who couldn't crochet. (Neither can I) If i see a nice pattern in sales I get them but crochet doesnt come up often

I will keep them listed. I just wondered if it was worth my while listing the rest.

I'm in the same situation. I have kinds of knitting, crochet, plastic canvas, cross stitch and sewing patterns. Some listed, some to relist, and many more in boxes to list. I've sold a few of them, but sometimes wonder if I should just give up. But, I keep hoping. Of course, shipping is a factor.
