I knew it wouldn't be fixed, Just done a purchase and send admin an email with the Jing video

    Ticket ID 135885

Gazza you really need to address this issue, please note that I did not pay in paypal with just the 40p, I went back and changed the postage back to what it should have been, but in the video you can see how a buyer can in 1 second get through to paypal (I presume Google checkout and skrill etc as well) with just a simple edit to remove postage

well done Sarah there should be enough info there for them to work this out.

a buyer should never be able to alter the postage certainly not in a downward motion if the postage needs amending the buyer should ask a question before buying if its a multi purchase wait for a invoice for combined postage, sellers should also state this and/or use the discount for postage for buying multi same items, i know thats not the issue here but it all helps to keep things running smoothly

This is my latest reply, now see why I'm getting an headache from banging my head

    Hi Sarah,

The problem with non-paid shipping was not due to the editable nature of the form, this has always been the case but is something we will be changing shortly.

The problem was specific to IE9, some users shipping fields were actually empty. This has now been fixed.

    Best Wishes

Why would you ever want buyers to be able to change the p&p costs, thats the sellers job

ok so they found a problem with ie9 and have fixed it, your not using ie9 nor is your seller so theres another problem they now have a very recent example of what your problem is from what you have said the listing had the correct postage on it, was the listing a multi buy of the same item if you wished ? or a SIC ? if your not seeing the correct postage at checkout but can manualy alter it to be correct then thats were the problem is its not recording the postage after buying to checkout so its looking like a enternal glitch in your case, just a guess !

im not using ie 9 dont know what the buyer is using

my last two sales went through ok previous to this one
