"Brand" dissappearing on closed auctions.

Bit of a long story.........

I thought I would do a quick check on our equestrian store to make sure that all the "brands" were in place....re: Google upload.

Filtered out all the store products, then exported them out into a spreadsheet.

It's very easy to see if anything is missing within a long list.

Sure enough....I had missed a few, but went into the listings and made the corrections.

Then I did another export........et voila.......EVERY brand was there.

BUT, now that some auctions are closing........

Instead of doing a mass repost / delete, I thought I would check individual auctions to make sure that everything was ok.

& sure enough.........the "brand" has dissappeared from just about every closed auction that I have looked at!

Is anyone else having this issue?

Funny you should mention that Vonz, as I've experienced the same thing on occasion. If I have a relist to do and I want to change something or another, when I go in the brand was missing .... I have always thought that it was just me in forgetting to drop it in when originally listed, but now I'm not so sure....eeeeeegads! Now I'll go in and have a look on all relists...what a chore THAT will be!

I have noticed it on a couple today, 2 relists and 1 where I was listing a similar auction. On the similar auction it was missing on the live auction as well, it may be that I had missed it when originally listing, but not sure.

Can you give us a closed listing ID to check out that is missing the Brand when reposted.

when altering the posting costs not so long ago i noticed the Vapalux brand was missing from the brand box i thought this was odd but put it down to my self not entering the brand but i was sure i had done, if others have noticed this then there seems to be a glitch

Gazza, I can't give you any specific listing numbers as I have relisted them all in recent days. With that said, the problem I was encountering was with many of the art prints in My Favorite Things store...brand should always read Buyenlarge.

Some additional info to #7.

All my items that had brand names entered had them when I exported my listings on 13 Aug 2012. Now none have them. All brand info has been deleted. The items would have been auto-reposted - rather than manually.
