Canadian Postcards - Provinces and Territories

Gazza, I noticed yesterday that you added the categories.

But, I can't seem to find them.

Collectables, Topographical, Canada, and then the Provinces and Territories.

I see the Provinces: Alberta, British Colombia etc...............

Marie just go to one of your existing Canadian Postcards and edit the listing...... on the drop down list which you need to select a category etc.. so: Postcards - Topographical - Canada - Alberta (for instance).

I think the provinces work well - the territories might be a bit of an overkill at this stage.

Madelelaine, I don't know what you mean about putting in the work. I had typed everything out yesterday. Gazza responded that he added the categories and locked the thread. I couldn't find the categories, but the thread was right there with the categories listed. So I didn't type again, if that's what you mean.

Deano, why would adding the territories with overkill? Canada has ten provinces and three territories and that is what I had requested. And yes, the categories are there now, but they weren't when I typed my second message.

Apologies I read territories wrongly...my mistake..... I was thinking you meant further sub cats from the provinces and territories.

Deano, That's fine. No further categories are necessary, in my opinion. I've got a lot of Canadian to relist and lots more to list. I guess they might as well be broken down by province / territories instead of just in one big lump. Especially if all these collectable sellers / buyers are coming over from that other site.

I didn't see the previous thread - what I saw was you apparently requesting sub cats without detailing them (I think eBid expect a lot of work from us at times!)

There must have been a glitch yesterday, because there were two of us who requested categories, gazza responded that he had added, but neither of us could find them. Gazza has fixed and I have more to revise. :-)

I think that this is a great site and I hope that it continues to grow. We certainly need more good sellers and buyers on this side of the pond.
