Not planning it for this YDC, but have been wondering if home made sweets would be allowed? I have a recipe for rum truffles - using essence not real rum so the alcohol wouldn't be a problem - assuming I list the ingredient for those with any allergies, would there be any problems?

I don't foresee a problem with this...I recently bought some home made marmalade from Meebo in a recent YDC

A Scottish sweet similar to fudge. But don't confuse the two or the Scots will get very upset

and sometimes it is spelt taiblet
