My General Defaults - to enable or disable MIC or enable with codes
If you have enabled then switch to Shipping Defaults to create your shipping codes.
Then Bulk edit...........

Note to everyone who has a problem with this feature: The default is ON, each seller has to turn it off.

Now, it's an option for sellers who want it, and no more problems for sellers who can't use it. Nice to have something set up that makes everyone happy. Thank you eBid.
