    Default Stephen King

Anyone else a fan of his work?

I have 22 of his books now, and am working my way through the rest!

I have all his books ( except Tommyknockers which I didn't enjoy) and do re read most of them. His later work has moved away from horror to psychological thriller which I prefer - have 'grown out' of horror books now.lol

Why did you not like Tommyknockers?

    Which one is your favourite?

I have just finished Lisey's Story, I found it hard to get into it at first, but then ending up really enjoying it.

Can't remember now as it was about 20 years ago, but I found it very hard going.

"It" is one of my favourites also,Linda. Needful Things, Hearts in Atlantis and Dreamcatcher are also among the favourites; I don't think I could pick just one book as my all time fav.

The Stand has long been a favourite of mine, have read it twice and am now making the wife watch the mini series adaption they did of it.
Of his newer books, Cell and Under the Dome come highly recommended by me....
