Hope Christine will be doing more artwork for future YDCs, she's one talented lady.

I don't know about giving up either of the John Bonham portraits/sketches she is currently working on. As it is I found out the one with Bonham behind the drums she promised to our drummer buddy in Brazil which leaves me with Bonham in a hat!
She did another Robert Plant in Pointalissm and a Jimmy Page. I'm hoping she does the full band in concert soon, I'll have to ask her for 2.

Hi all, many thanks for your kind words.
But it's small bikkies compared to what some people will have lost.

I want to thank the artist & especially Al adruml, for donating such an obvious personal & highly valued item towards a great cause.
I assure you it will be treasured by me & get pride of place in my home.

We have a bit of experience in these matters down here & I have a lot of sympathy for those affected.
Hopefully, the survivors & their communities will bounce back, as ours have done here in Victoria, since the worst fires in Oz history in 2009. (link details below)

I didn't know about the Black Saturday Fires in Victoria in 2009. How absolutely horrendous. The sheer scale of it is unimaginable.

Thank you again to yourself and to everyone for all your efforts and contributions.

I have been doing 3 tallies for YDC 101 - the one you see in #1 and another 2 - one is a record of all the monies held by myself and the other for all the monies held by HerMajesty for YDC 101.
Last night HerMajesty and myself did a tallies check - and we were both extremely relieved that Tally 2 & 3 agree and add up to the tally in #1 - all but 36p. (one payment not gifted).
I will combine tallies 2 and 3 and post it here when all the monies for YDC 101 have been received and we are ready for me to transfer monies I am holding to HerMajesty.
