Store not showing-up when online

I have 3 listings going, but my store does not show up when I go "online". If I click on my profile it show "3" auctions running & when I click on it, I can see them in my store. But, if I go to the store it says there are no auctions running. Plus my store keeps going "offline". I need to find out why my store is not showing in the store categories and my listing not showing in my store??? PLEASE HELP...

I see your store online - but your items are not in it. You will need to edit them to place them into your store.

A check is carried out of stores about every 4 hours. If the store is found to be empty it will be taken offline and removed from the eBid list of stores.

I did some editing & my items should be in the store, but I still do not see my store in the "Health & Beauty","Fragrances" category. Does this take time???

Glad you got this sorted. Always remember to click on the save button when opening stores to save each section.
