without members there are no buyers.
so be kind and spread the word that ebid is a great place to to buy and sell.
The great items that ebid MEMBERS have for sale and @ extremly low prices
And the seller+ option is the best deal that anyone who sells online would have to agree.

Great to see somebody else back, everybody is welcome. I have been here less than 2 years, so you may have left as I was joining, and in that time the site has improved immensely, not only the actual site, but number of items, sellers and more importantly if you do list, the number of buyers is increasing.

Next time you need something, take a look on here, and tell your friends to do the same, there's a good chance of finding it, and an equally good chance that it will be realistically priced. Watch out for the 'Make an offer' option some sellers have and you might get an even better deal.

I often suggest that newbies buy a few things on ebid to get to know how it works, and to support the ebid members who have built the site up over the last 8 years to 6 million listings.

No.. no qualification of the exhortation.. just encourage people to buy!!! The more they buy, the better the place gets because successful sellers list more so there is more choice... it's a virtuous circle.
