Celebrity Photo CDs

I would like to know would I be able to sell celebrity photo CDs as EBay banned this material.

The photos are in public domain and free to the public and I would not be selling the images
I would be only getting paid for the time to compiling assembling the photos and disc.

are the photos taken by you ie do you own the copyright? If not then you wont be allowed to sell them

That may not be exactly true.....people sell lots of things they don't own the copyright to....or that are in the public domain.......

A lot of pictures "in the public domain" aren't necessarily free for commercial use.It's such a minefield that eBid* have probably put a blanket ban on,unless you can prove you took the pictures.
