Usually. it's Chinese or other east Asian countries that are responsible.

I got caught out last week when I bought an Item I thought I had 'at last' found in UK only to find the seller had not been candid with his location (Thailand).

God knows when I'll get it, but I wanted it last week.

That happened to me once on another auction site where I purchased an item. Thought I'd be getting it from USA (member had USA addy) but the item came from Thailand.

Fleebay do have 'no duplicate listings' in their policies, but don't even bother to uphold it.

I decided to see if I could sell on eBid and listed a load of ink carts that I picked-up for a small donation at a camera club I'm a member of thinking they would fit my o/h's printer.
I am well pleased with the result so far. Sold 4 to date. I have been blooging about my eBid exploits (ltat40.blogspot.com) so hopefully others will be encouraged to come this way.
