Post Need Help in adding Size Attributes to my jewelry listing

Long time member, but only selling for a short time here. I sell handmade jewelry and I need to know how to add size attributes to my jewelry instead of waiting for a buyer to send me their ring size.

eBid doesn't do variations on listings. So, if you don't want to sort it out post sale, your only option is to list each style/size combination individually.

A bit of a PITA, but that is the current eBid setup.

Correct, but I'm sure I read somewhere some time ago that eBid are considering it.
Then again, I could be imagining it all

You have a very nice informative Me page but you must remove your contact details ie phone # as this is not allowed on eBid.

All your listings are RUS and will remain at the bottom of the eBid search list.
Consider editing and list for 5-7-10-12 days (take your pick) with up to 10 auto relists (live listings)
Be careful with the highlighted ones you have paid for - if you decide to make them 'live' and the date runs out, then you will be automatically charged again for the highlight option.
It looks like you have used the paid option for bold feature on your titles as well. The same will happen if and when you edit to make the listings live.
So be careful with your extra options when editing.

    Hope this helps.

Automatic re listing can also add up quickly in costs when you have many items listed and the store is not selling due possibly due to items not showing up on google shopping? Been working on the exemption processes and may have to open new stores to separate those with product numbers and those without.

Any thoughts from my colleagues with more experience with the costs related to auto listings? The amount is really not a lot, but when you are not selling? it can add up quickly. With 500 items and relisting them every 10 days, will cost $75 in a month which can add up if one is not selling any items?

I started developing my eBid stores in mid June 2012 and have only made one sale. We have worked on getting my stores exempted from google but it appears that this has not been successful, did auto re lists with both a bid starting price and buy now price, google 1+, postings on pininterest, facebook, etc., etc.

My son on the other hand just listed 4 items at other site that we will not mention, and items were sold quickly.

Would appreciate any thoughts on this or suggestions? Thanks.

I don't use auto relisting just RUS, (bad, I know, but that's me). If you're going to stick around and/or list a number of items IMHO it makes sense to upgrade to seller+ lifetime, if you haven't already, that way listing/relisting is free and you only pay 2% FVF on gallery listings when your items sell. Oh and you get 5 free stores to list your items in.

Best wishes for many sales to all,

    Hi there,

When I looked at your list of items I noticed most of them had c description for shipping.

I randomly picked 3 of your listings to look at.

First thing I noticed was in the Shipping Details (green section)(example) it says Not known = $5.00

This does not show by what method it will ship - USPS? Fedex? UPS?

This is important to know because some buyers only use their PO Box address to receive mail.

You are limiting your exposure worldwide by only selling to the USA. So only US members will get to see your items.

I don't understand why you do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

    Hope this helps

I started correcting these. If you look at the most recent listings, you will notice that I am changing the shipping details and the appearance of the auction. I used one of the templates offered and it is working great. Thanks for the feedback. Appreciate it.

PS I have started to see my auctions showing up on google shopping. So I think that my google exemption request is working. Thanks again for all of the insight and helpful hints and information.
