    Thank you very much. My day's outlook is beginning to improve!

    I was able to find my Store, but only once, and by entering "Store Owner's Username" in the Advanced Search area. (In my case "ArtObjects"). But that's all.
    In other words, if I try to enter "Art Objects" in "eBid Store Title" it returns 0. Same thing if I try entering "Art Objects" in "Search eBid here" in the Stores category area of searching. Is there any other way? Could make it difficult for someone who just remembers the name and not the Owner's username. Am I right?

    Again????!!! This is the 3rd time within the last 12hrs that it turns off by itself! I click on "online", save then what? Am I doing something wrong?

    Could it be that all of my 11 listings are showing "expired" when I do a search on Google, asking me to re-post (which I have done since I had to re-list all of them. What now?

    OK, I can now see your store and it is being returned in the store search.

    It is not showing in the list of stores yet - likely due to this: http://mootango.webspace.virginmedia...idkb.htm#a0046

    Considering the problems you seem to be having...

    If you don't already have a backup of your listings, go to your Actions I'm Running page (http://us.ebid.net/perl/account.cgi?mo=account-pending)
    and click on the Export Listings link near the top-left corner. You will then have a copy of your current listings if you have need of it.

    My head is spinning right now. I think I'll have a nice dinner with a glass of wine and sleep on it.
    Then I should be able to tackle this issue according to your instructions above.
