How do I add ebidhour to the follow list on twitter please? Idiot's guide steps please

I don't think your can follow as hash tag as such, put your can save a search. You can only follow people, as I understand

Click >> https://twitter.com/#!/search/%23ebidhour

Then in the top right theres a little wheel type thing with an arrow on it, click that then 'save search'

This way each time you click in the search field it will drop down a box with #ebidhour
