You did a top job this week :-)

We're starting to get really frustrated with people not joining in. OK people are busy or don't have Twitter but our main frustrations have to be with eBid. Surely they can see their mentions on Twitter during this hour, and wonder what it's all about? They have the real power to make it so, and nothing. (THEY COULD EVEN INCLUDE IT IN THEIR NEWSLETTER) We've mailed them, not even had the decency of a reply. We know the guys offer a wonderful platform for us all to sell our products but we need to be pulling in the same direction, it's obvious that to keep eBid as cheap as it is, then free adverstising is where it's at, and what better way than with Twitter. Theres probably a large number of people on eBid that don't even read the forum, so a nice little spot about #ebidhour on the homepage would help. One hour with lots TWEETING, could result in #ebidhour trending, which should in turn lead to more site visibility.

It's also been mentioned that people are willing to spend some cash to get car stickers printed, then selling on here, but it's hard to track interest and then having wasted lots of money.

It'd be interesting to know what the guys at eBid have planned for the future in order to promote the site on a small budget, yet really be competitive (bring in the buyers). How many more years will things just keep plodding along? Surely there comes a time when everyone should really be getting steady sales or perhaps at least 1 in 10 or 20 people have heard of eBid (when will things really kick on?)

Still, for what it's worth, we'll keep our fingers, toes and eyes crossed.

If only eBid would do the same, I think it's probably time to put it to bed and give up.

Onwards.... but I really do wonder what will need to be done to move eBid onto the next level and bring in those buyers.
