Listings Auctions not showing up in search or in Store

Everything was fine yesterday, today nothing. No listing appear in search or in my store. when I login and click on Auctions I am running, everything appears to be fine. anyone else having problems?

Sorry to here that. I would go to the top right corner to the help button and open a support ticket and ask them.

Your all about page shows you as having 33 listings,23 of which are in your store.By the way,your phone number or any contact details are not allowed in listings or on your about me page.

That's not a link to your store
the link to your store is

The na (North America) link will only work if you have selected North America (as opposed to the USA only) as a shipping option.

I want to thank everyone for thier help. Now here is a update.

The inventory appears in the store. Unfortunately, the link given on the main page which is:

still routes to a store front with no inventory. This link worked fine until yesterday. This is also the page you are linked to if you click on our store header.
For a brief time this morning our auctions/listing showed up on a search conducted from Ebids front page. However about an hour ago the listing stopped showing up again.
I have removed the telephone number from the about us page. and all of the listing that I have checked do not have any contact info. I have sent another help request to support but i understand it may be as long as 48 hours before they respond. Again, thanks to everyone for their help and I wll keep this thread updated as we progress through this.

The link with NA in it can only ever link to a store with no inventory, as you don't offer shipping to North America, you only offer domestic US shipping.

As a US Seller your pages should all show the US flag on the eBid logo.

You CANNOT be a North American Seller.
The continental eBid sites (Europe, North America, South America, Asia, Africa, Oceania) are for BUYERS only to sign up, not for Sellers.

Look at the bottom of any eBid page & you will see

The logo on the top left of my store still points to the incorrect link, as does the link itself as listed on the site:

eBid Stores : Health & Beauty : Health Care > http://refurbished-medical-equipment.ebid.net

Additionally if you are looking at a specific catagory for example "oxygen Concentrators and you try to go to another catagory using the catagory listing on the left side. then you are taken to a page that has no listings.
I realize all of this should be a simple fix simply by editing the store link on my store page. However, I haev not been able to edit this link.
