    Question Support Ticket Reply Time ?

    Ok, simple question for a simple person (me).
    Anyone know the average reply time for a support ticket enquiry?
    I sent one off yesterday at about 15;00 hrs and I have not heard anything back yet.
    Is this normal?

    If you didn't at least receive an email with a ticket number check your junk/spam folder. I have never waited more then 4 hours for the initial response even on a Sunday.

    Thanks. That is exactly what is bothering me. I received the ticket number, then nothing.
    I am not sure if it would be wise to give them a prod?
    I have always been the same. Support usually replies within hours.

    Hello Gazza: Just heard back from the support team. Thanks for all your help.
    It was not my small problem that was bothering me, it was the possibility of it affecting everyone and not being noticed that was my concern.
    I do hope support gets to the bottom of it.
