6 so far this month, so a great start as there's still 9 hours of day 4 to go. With luck will surpass 40, with hard work I'd like to make 50.

Yep, congrats on your sales. I had a few between christmas and March but only had 1 since 1st week in April!
Prob need to get listing! Loads to go on but time a big factor. League Tennis season has started so even less time now!
Sales do seem cyclical, don't know why.
