welcome indeed! As a user of both sites (selling and buying), yes its a far nicer place over here - less hassle, less fees, less scammers... You ahve to work a bit harder to get listings seen, but I get reasonable sales on here - and amounts of sales are increasing all the time, so well worth sticking with

Not happy with eBay seller fees and other issues so decided to give eBid a try. Nice site but totally disappointed so far with no bids on the three items I have listed. I know for sure that these would have sold on eBay. Come on eBid you need to advertise your site and stop making out your a player when clearly your not!! The lifetime subscription at £50 is all well and good for eBid but without buyers coming to the site is really just a waste of money. My advice, just sign for a normal seller account to start with and see if you get some sales first.

hello good stuff i can not find your listings and you have no ebid feedbacks its all imported which is fine all my feedback is ebid related and most of it got over the last 12 months so ebid does work it might not make you a millionairre but stuff does sell on this site and good luck to you many sells for everyone.

It seems that a lot of people join ebid and expect instant sales !

They have to be realstic, ebid is not as well known as ebay.
But as we all know it is growing.

Hi all.
I also decided to give ebid a try after getting annoyed with ebay. It's a lot easier to list stuff on here and I like that I have been able to import my listings and hard earned feedback from ebay.
I am a bid disappointed with the lack of activity on my auctions but the lack of fees until they sell takes some of the pain away. Hopefully things will pick up soon. I guess that ebay think they pretty much have a monopoly on the market. The sooner more people wake up and head this way the better. I just hope that as ebid grows they don't change too much.
