are these antique postage stamps or what?

they dont have a frill on like most stamps, but appear to be genuine as on a couple you can see where a tiny fraction of ink has come through the paper. From Nicaragua. How old are they, are they postage stamps (if not, what are they?) and what are they probably worth? I wouldnt even know how to start looking these up.

These are called "postal stationary", stamps preprinted on envelopes. Yours have been cut out; this is common, many people want only the stamp for their collection, not the entire envelope.
