Importing via Ninja Lister

Hello,
I am trying to import into Ninja Lister via Turbo Lister and when it goes out to grab the file in Turbo Lister it comes back with a message of "This is not a Familiar Format". Anyone have a similiar experience?
Any help would be appreciated.
