Ninja Lister

How can I find instructions for using Ninja Lister?? I am so confused by it. I cannot figure out how to ship internationally. Even if all countries are ticked, when I go into the actual listing in Ebid, only Australia is ticked. I also cannot figure out why when I set the listing to list in the future, it still lists immediately. Anybody help? Surely you can't have a program with no instructions....?
