I've even gone so far as to "donate".........and the page just swings straight to the main RSPCA site
ie: it's just going into the big pot.

    Any ideas?

I've been in contact with the RSPCA Fundraisers Support team Yvonne and have been advised that any monies raised via my JG page will go directly to my chosen charity. Below is the email received 12/04/12

    Hi Gill,

Thank you for sending your page through. Once you have included the Wildlife Animal Centre in the copy on the page, we will be able to instruct our Supporter Services team to allocate the money here. Unfortunately, I am unable to do this until people sponsoring you know where the money is going. Please do advise once your page has been updated.

Thank you for raising money for the RSPCA and best of luck with your fundraising.

I've replied this evening that my JG page is now up and running with the required information. I've also mentioned eBid.net, although without a link, as I have yet to get my auctions written and listed.

The previous winner may not be choosing Kim but there's still a chosen winner from the pot.

Stand Alone to me means just that - a member lists an auction with his/her chosen charity and that's where the monies go.

The "stand alone" in this case has always referred to YDC100....not the individual auctions within it.

Members have always been able to list for their own charities......and this will still be the case for YDC100.

English PEN works to promote, encourage and ensure the freedom to read and the freedom to write in the UK and around the world.

“The freedom to write and the freedom to read are not simply abstract civil rights: they become meaningful when they are used by individual, often disempowered, citizens. Our developing programme of work with refugee and migrant groups, our work in prisons and within the citizenship curriculum, embodies our awareness that speech is powerful, and that citizens need the capability to exercise it.”
