When does eBid charge listing fees?

Hello,

We currently have a standard acct right now and am hoping to update our listings to platinum because we want to have our thumbnails show up.

Since there is an increased $.05/listing to have a platinum listing, do they charge that upfront to list or only once the item sells?

I tried looking for the answer, but was unable to find it. All it says on eBid is that "A small listing fee is charged and a small final value fee when an item sells." I feel like that can be interpreted both ways.

I hope this hasn't been answered elsewhere. I'm fairly new to eBid and would appreciate any help/information.

Listing fees are charged at time of listing, FVF (final valuation fees) are charged upon sale. Invoices go out monthly.
