Thread: Ebid help staff are the bestest!

    Smile Ebid help staff are the bestest!

    So ... being new to Ebid, I did my first bulk upload and one hour later realized to my horror that I'd inadvertently selected Featured listing for all 350+
    listings instead of Gallery (stupidly did not check fees and assumed seller+ lifetime meant no fees ever), resulting in a bill of over USD500.

    Sent two panic emails to Ebid help immediately and less than 2 hours later I got a calm and reassuring response saying the fees would be removed and all I had to do was delete and reupload everything with the correct settings.

    Ebid support is AWESOME. I cannot imagine such a large fee being waived over at red-tape-bloated Feebay for what was definitely my blunder and am so pleased to have jumped ship eeven though I have yet to make a sale.

    eBid Support are the greatest . They treat you as an individual and come up with positive solutions relevant to your problem or query.

    If only the rest of customer services in the world could follow their lead....
