Additional options for sellers to alter contents of buyer's notices

Following some discussion elsewhere on the forums about buyers who pay without waiting for invoices, and the difficulties this seems to cause *some* sellers, I suggested the following, which I'm reproducing here:

Seller options:

Include "pay now" button in sales notices? yes/no
Include "request invoice" button in sales notices? yes/no

Should keep everybody happy.

I hope we don't have 'infrequent online' sellers who would use the pay now option.
