No stars here yet, lots of clouds - showers possible tonight. It's a lot different from last year when it was so dry the trees were chasing the dogs.

Buddy is a cross Rottweiler / Labrador although you can only see the Lab in him when you look at him straight on.

Awwwww, what a cutie! What kind of doggy is Buddy? Winston is a white American Bulldog, sometimes known as an Old Southern White, not to be confused with bf.

Buddy looks like Winston when he's sprawled out across the couch, though it's not always easy finding room next to him, LOL.

He's a cutie. I've always had crossbred doggies myself, Duke my beloved baby was part black Lab and part something smaller, possibly terrier or beagle according to different vets. Winston is possibly the first non-cross dog I've ever had the privilege of being with, as he looks full white American bulldog (the Old Southern version) but as I don't know his parentage (he was a stray picked up by the shelter) I can't be certain.

I love all doggies and kitties regardless, never met one I didn't get on with, wish I could say the same for the human species, LOL.

LOL Meebo, yes, I think animals make that extra effort that none of my ex bfs ever did, though present bf certainly tries. There is something to be said for southern men.
