Meebo, you truly are amazing I DO actually know whats its like putting in zips and sewing clothes by HAND. I honestly cant remember ANYONE else in all my life other than myself that I know who has made clothes by hand, NOT easy! Putting in zips too. You have my utmost respect and admiration
When I lived in Greece a year or 2 (or 3 or 4 or more.....) ago, when my daughter was a baby I didnt have a sewing machine (had always made clothes and sewn from very young, starting with dolls clothes)! So of course I wanted to carry on the clothes making and loved designing and making litle dresses and clothes for Simela-Jayne. I started knitting clothes then too, knew the basics as a child too but only simple stuff like scarves and blankets.
I was proud of those clothes I made by hand even more than the others I think. I did that for a few years and then when she was about 3 or 4 I bought a really nice sewing machine again, it was nice to have one again I must admit! Ive still got the same one now, its a good one.

Saw Zeppelin twice, Page and Plant twice and the Jason Bonham Band once. 5 of the best concerts I have experienced.

Sal, you lucky, I've never been to Greece or Europe or much of anywhere except here, Canada, Mexico and the UK for a few weeks back in 2000. Must travel again one of these decades...

good morning or good night as the case may be. Dress is finished, I am happy to report and I will take a picture before it leaves the house. Fingers crossed it fits. Now for a large pot of tea and then I must start on an anniversary card. I forgot we are going to celebrate friends silver wedding tonight.
