Goodnight everyone.
I have partaken my fair share of the booze, now I am going to retire and eat my (very late) dinner.
(Dom and Matt came back from football practice and were starving, as per usual, so I had to rustle up some fodder for them)

I am so excited I can hardly wait - Teagan, Matt and Abigail are coming tomorrow.

I have certain rules in life too, that sometimes even those rules that are important and that I might usually live by have to be broken for a higher and more important purpose sometimes no matter if they mean breaking the usual codes of conduct ot principles. But that's me. And it is only for exceptional circumstances. I always weigh it all up and see what I think is most important or should be top of the list.
But as Trish says Love will find a way, and it always does..............

Yes love will find a way.... It will be interesting to see how it works out.
The other boy who has left - he is about 16 miles from me is in urgent need of a lamp so the others tell me. And I mean urgent. It's hard for most to understand why he should urgently need a lamp but it really is desperate. I have 2 going spare. He has no money to buy one. (waiting for arrears to come through). I can't help him with either money or lamp 'cos I don't know where he is now & can't ask to find out. I do what I can. Can't do any more. At least I know his food cupboard is absolutely full (the boys told me) so I know he isn't going hungry.

Wow, that is messed up, IMHO rules exist to help not hinder and when they start to hinder they need to be worked around. Agree with Sal, love will find a way, it always does in my limited experience. Ms. Penguin, I believe you've made a lasting difference in the boys' and girls' lives for the better that not many people do in the course of a lifetime and for this, IMHO, you're a true angel and then some.

Got to see Mom yesterday for the first time in a month, she looked well and I'm working through my dislike of nursing homes, though I do hope she can come home soon. Glad to see Dad as well, though he's a terrible puter hog, so will enjoy my time online while he's at breakfast, then we're both off to see Mom.

Don't forget two for Thursday!

As it's two for Thursday I'll have a double absolutely anything & I don't care if it isn't 5 o'clock anywhere yet A couple of hours ago I'd just finished cramming the last of the garage stuff into the shed when the demolition fella's turned up and, since it was empty, took the garage down a day early - brilliant!
