I am so glad Posbear came out for my birthday! Love the John Deere and Dog. Amazing! and Trish we can really celebrate - Posbear is up, if just for a short while and there appears to be lots of refreshments. It was worth getting older! Thanks.
My buddy Lorraine came to visit yesterday so I feel pretty darn good.

Sorry I missed your birthday yesterday Wyo, hope you had a great day. Good to hear from Pos hope your recovery continues. Still no tunes from me still deciding what pc to go for.
Take care everybody.
Apparently the excitement isn't over yet. Thank for the birthday wishes everyone. Glad to see Books.
Had a bit cacophony outside this morning and when I looked outside Atlas was playing with the Australian Cattle Dog in the picture. She belongs across the street and had escaped from her yard. Atlas jumped the fence and went home leaving Missy out. I went over and looked and could not see how she got out but I knew her folks went to Briggsdale (30 miles away) to cut down some Elm trees. I could lift her, but I wasn't sure if I could get her over the top of the chicken wire that is her yard. I have trouble with up. So I called her and she followed me home and I put her in Sadie's kennel that she doesn't use. After we determined that Sadie was going to play nice, I let her out and called her Mom and let her know where Missy is. So, headline is Sadie Roosevelt Entertains Sunday Guest.
Headline from yesterday - Wyo receives phone call from son and daughter-in-law.

I hope we can continue to see Posbear and Books will find a PC. The rest of you - stay safe.
I YDC, Do you?
Hello!
Great to hear from you books, I hope that you manage to get your new pc up and running soon as we all miss your super choon selections.
Wyo, just love your posts, they always make me smile. Miss Sadie Roosevelt behaved well with her guest, hope she got a treat for her good social graces!
Pleased to hear that son phoned you on your birthday. Hope he sent you a card!
Your Maj, always such an honour to have you pop into the lounge. Hope Philpott is behaving himself and all the staff at the castle are caring for you well.
Pos, keep on getting better - the dust is collecting on my speakers - in need of a good blasting off!
Nothing much to report from me - nothing exciting! It has been another very hot and sunny day and JR and I sat out in the back garden listening to some good music and drinking (and it wasn't soft drinks!)
Reina and Frank love it when we are all together. I have had to keep them indoors when the sun is at it's hottest, Reina has a thick 2 layered black coat, so she feels the heat. JR has just finished his dinner. I couldn't face cooking indoors in the kitchen, so cooked everything outside on my camping stove in our little shelter hut.
Added the finishing touches indoors. Apparently, these high temps (30 degrees C+) are set to continue until Wednesday, although we do have a yellow warning of thunderstorms. Will be glad of a drop of rain, everything is parched.
Keep safe everyone, and Shes - how's things?
Phew! Another scorching hot day here.
Reminds me of our time spent in Florida, but at least there we had air conditioning in our home!
Nightime is unbearably hot. Even lying on top of the bed with no sheets doesn't help - the air coming in from the open windows is stifling. I'm suffering to breathe.
I'm tracking the live weather radar to see if or when we will get a storm. Seems like the rains/storms are coming from the south (France) and slowly moving to the west, missing us out on the east.
You can track your weather here - just enter your postcode to see what you are in for! .
We live just a few miles from where yesterday mornings train crash was and can attest to torrential rain

Just popped in to let you know that I am OK.
Some days are good other days are cr@p
I am finding it difficult to find some more of my favoured loud music because of the lack of new releases due to the studios being shut for lockdown.
Here's just one for now...
Cheers and stay safe
