GOODBYE ALL

Well the CT-scan didn't work out well at all, & I've had the worst week of my life in hospital, taken by emergency ambulance & have endured a multitude of tests.
The result being NOT GOOD I'm afraid. Some follow up Chemo "may" slow things down a tad - BUT - it won't cure matters.
When they start talking of Wills, Advanced Medical Directives & Powers of Attorney etc. you know you're only on borrowed time (short of a miracle happening)

I'm closing down all my stores, as I will be unable to service them (I'm tied to the house on an oxygen machine)

I want to thank all the good mates I've made here (have done the same to the team & "boyz") & to the many who have helped me during my years here.
I wish everybody the best, & still believe this site provides all that a seller could want - you just have to work at it.

I just popped in to say hello, but now it seems I am saying goodbye instead to my music buddy!

It's difficult to find the right words to say in a situation like this, you know, miracles can and do happen.

I just want to say thank you for the music and laughs you have given us, you have left your mark on this little global society for ever.

Old.....but not in the way...………...I have no words for your news. I will just trust that, yet again, the doctors can only roughly predict, and no timelines are ever certain. I know of people who have been in hospice, about to cross over, who didn't...……….and ended up walking out and living for years and years. So. Those are your orders. Buck up, ignore the doomsayers, and get better. It is so decreed. xoxoxoxo HerMaj

I'm so sorry to hear that news I've so loved reading your posts here on the forums over the years with your wonderful sense of humour. I do hope you can manage to pop in to see us even though you have closed your shops - even if it's just for a rant about how unfair everything is ... we can take it ! Hopefully they can keep you pain free and floating nicely on a cloud somewhere !

And it's good to see you back with us Pos, hope you are feeling a bit more chipper these days. We all are getting that bit older and have more aches and pains, but coming on the forums and catching up with "friends" who we have never met in person I find helps., that and the great tunes that get shared.
I hope Old can pop in now and then and listen to our selections.
