Ooh, I look forward to hearing your choices tomorrow books and Mael... I have catered for a houseful and now they have gone, and I'm sooo tired. .
My roast beef dinner is awaiting me in t'oven ... I think I will have a peck at it before I crash out.
I feel so much happier - my sister Karen told me that sister Lynn is doing good and coping with her amputations very well - both physically and emotionally. What a star she is.

Good to know you feel happier Trish.
Lucky you with the roast dinner, yummy!

Here's two lovely voices for you to listen to before retiring.

    G'day all

You know "there's something rotten in Denmark" - well the same applies to the Oz cricket team!
I'm totally appalled by what's happened in SA. It's a dark day for Aussie cricket, & most likely career ending for some of them.
What Aussies hate more than anything - is a cheat! - and here we find our top players & the leadership team to boot, have been caught red handed doing just that.
I wouldn't like to be in their shoes when the plane lands back here! - I'm too angry to say more!

    Now on to nicer things

Thanks for all the great music everybody - that Andy James is amazing, & all the girls are taking over R&R big time, they are all very polished musos.
The boys will have to pull their socks up from now on! I remain unconvinced about the bagpipes however.

Trish - I'm so glad to hear your sis is doing well - she must be one tough lady! All the best to her & her family.
Will be thinking of you all later in the week & hope you can all support each other through the event. There IS strength in numbers!

Meanwhile - I remain firmly stuck in the past as far as music goes - & with very few exceptions, I prefer the earlier days of rock. Here's another example!

    Cheers one & all

We had some pretty nice days, but last night I went to let Sadie in and there was this face looking at me through the screen door. It had started to rain and she was not happy with me and just a few seconds ago there were snow flakes out thar!

Trish, I wish I lived closer, so I could run over and give you a big hug! Hope things improve for you.

Sadie and I are slugging along here. I still have the neighbor who calls and checks in every night. She decided 9 was better than 7 but she still forgets ever 3rd night or so and I call her at quarter after. The home made site has been pretty good to me since the middle of February or so, but I have not sold anything off of my own site this month. I guess every body is lambing and calving. No more trouble at the post office, thanks goodness.

Here are some pictures - a new design for my trivets/pot holders and some new Sadie poses.

    greetings

Awwwwwwww, cuteness overload by Sadie! she looks adorable.

Thanks for the update Wyo, I hope that you are looking after yourself as well as other folk.

I've had a week now without a vertigo attack (without the aid of the £££££Physio) I even had a walk round my mess of a garden yesterday and felt steady on my feet.
Last Monday I was just resting on my bed after doing my head exercises, I still had the flu cough which was wearing me out.
I was playing solitaire on my phone to pass the time away (due to the vertigo I spent more time on my back than an Amsterdam sex worker) I had a hearty coughing fit and then I gave a big (dry) sneeze. It was like my hearing had been changed to high fidelity. I could hear clearly again. it was a bit later that I realised my dizziness and nausea had gone! I reckon the cough and sneeze had moved those stubborn crystals back where they belonged!
I have not been out since December, when I last had a fall, but the way things have been going I will be walking out in public again very soon.
I don't feel as stressed out as I did and my psoriasis is in it's usual seasonal vanishing phase. Tinnitus is still there but not a problem.
I've not felt so good in such a long time.
Sorry for the long post, but I am a happy bear today and needed to tell you

Stay safe, and hugs to those that need one

I am so pleased for you. I don't go out very much, but that is my choice. If I couldn't I would probably want to.

    G'day all

Great news Pos - hope those xtals stay where they belong for a long time for you! Make the most of it mate!

Wyo - Sadie's lookin' great as is the craft work. Shame on you for leaving her out in the rain!

Well the stink from Sth. Africa just keeps getting worse & the 3 sent home, will be lucky if they're allowed to play tiddlywinks with anyone ever again! (let alone cricket)
I'm tipping they'll be rushed out a back door at the airport, to avoid a media scrum. BUT - they're gonna have to face the music sooner or later!
They sure had an expensive brain fart, & that's a fact. One wonders just how long this has been going on.

A few musical drinkies to drown my sorrows

    Greetings

    Another day without feeling dizzy

Thank you Meebo, you are so right, when you can't go out you want to, and when you can go out you don't have to!
i'll be re-listing over Easter, that hopefully, will produce a sale or two which will get me out and about.

Old, maybe the Brits might have won the Ashes eh! (yeah right )
I bet every inch of video footage will be scrutinised now!
I'm not a cricket fan, but not a fan of cheating either.

    Drinking songs eh?

    How about this one..

    and this

    https://youtu.be/f55CqLc6IR0

    this too

    and then there's..

    https://youtu.be/e7kJRGPgvRQ

and finally a German traditional choon about my favourite drinking place
The city of Munich holds many good memories for me.

    Prosit!

    Have a great day
