An early start for me, I've slept almost continually for the last 2 days due to my man cold
90% recovered now but I am in need of a cuppa.
I've not eaten since Wednesday lunchtime so i think a nice muesli and weetabix breakfast is needed.
Here's a nice gentle choon to start the day
Thinking of you Trish, I hope you are coping with it all.
Good morning! How would you like your tea? And do you have fruit with your Müsli?
Good morning Meebo!

Had a few days of rain here, which was needed - but I'm over it now!
Starting to get cooler & I think we're finished with the hot stuff - for now
In keeping with booksies idea of laid back/happy choons - thought I'd add some from my favourite singer & band.

Greetings
This man cold is still lingering, can't shake of the cough and headache.
Otherwise nothing new here, same things each day, I am impatient to get out and about as soon as I feel confident again.
One of my sons is a gym-rat and knows a sports physio that has promised to come here for a fee and manipulate my head to (hopefully) move the crystals in my inner ear back to where they belong.
It's an exercise that I can't do on my own aparently, an excuse to make money more likely.
A sports physio?? yes BPPV can happen to sportsmen too,
