G'day Tony - good to have you back - long time, no see!
G'day Tony - good to have you back - long time, no see!
Greetings
Welcome back Tony, didn't know that you had been locked out, I thought you had moved on.
By the way, the links in your last post in the Plug Your Auctions thread seem to be faulty.
I wonder how Trish is, did she manage to escape or is she still in hospital?
I have a very sore throat today, I took delivery of my shopping before from the Tesco driver and when I went to speak I emitted a strange squawk instead of a greeting!
I have a bit of my malt whisky left so may just gargle with it, purely medicinal though
Sues if you are reading this, here's some kilt action for ya!
Have a great day
Graham

Hi everyone - I'm back home, but not yet firing on all cylinders.
I'm mentally and physically exhausted. Will sign in tomorrow after a good night's sleep ....
Welcome back Trish,
Wishing you a full recovery

I YDC, Do you?
G'day all
A bit of a gargle couldn't hurt Graham! Here's a bit of advice an old mate told me many years ago to combat a cold - Bed, blanket & a BIG blonde! All the best mate.
Hee harr - she's back! Glad you got out Trish - same advice for you too!
Here's a new choon by Oz country great John Williamson, just in time for the Olympics. Couldn't agree more with the sentiment, our "Aussie Girls" have been missing out on fair recognition for way too long. They are doing us proud in Rio ATM - goodonyagirlz! Oi oi oi

Trish, listen to your body. If it says go to bed, then go to bed even if it goes against the grain. But then we all know this good advice and don't heed it
Well, what a do!
Guess who's sore throat got worse?
Ended up as a chest infection, mild pneumonia courtesy of my son!
A few more days of meds then I can gargle again
If mine was mild then I feel sorry for Trish with her full-blown pneumonia.
My son is fully recovered and starts work this Saturday doing night shifts at V Festival down Staffordshire way then duties at the Creamfields Festival in Daresbury not far from here..
He can't wait, working at Music Festivals is a dream for him!
Just had some homemade curried vegetable stew, my brow is now leaking!
I hope Trish is OK.
