Hope everyone is doing well, and about to enjoy the Easter weekend.
Lucia has gone to Nottingham to spend the weekend with Teagan and her family - no doubt they will hit the town and get ratted, as per usual.
I'm green with envy, would have loved to have gone as well, but we can't leave Kaiser with the dogsitters as he is still drinking gallons and peeing even more, every two or three hours or so. The tablets the vets gave us haven't done anythng really to help with his problem.
He has to go back again next week, so maybe we shall know a little more then.
He is quite old now, for a huge GSD anyway, so we are looking after him well .... can't bear the thoughts of losing him ....

Hello cocktailers, Happy Easter!
Ooh buttons, just read up on the derma roller - you just have to tell us all about the results when you've used it a few times. Looks pretty painful to me, but there again if it works it's worth it! No pain no gain, so they say!

PosBalloo, hope you are feeling better, I think this awful weather makes you feel like doing nothing - come a sunny, warm day and you will be up and running for sure!
I suffer with SAD, I get depressed for no reason apart from lack of sun and warmth, and the dread of winter.
If I hadn't got the dogs I think I would naff off to Spain for several months during winter time.
Don't think the kids would like that though - maybe I wouldn't either, as I would miss them terribly and also my beautiful grandchildren.
I'm on full duty again on Tues with both the youngest, so I hope the old back will see me through OK. The spirit is willing but the old flesh and bones are weak!

I'm so tired again, I wish I could sleep for longer - I keep getting up around 5.30am - 6.00am.
I worry about taking Kaiser out for a wee as he can no longer hold himself 'till old sleeping beauty (JR) decides to rise from his pit and take them up the fields.
I have never been able to sleep during the day, not even when we kept our pubs.
I've tried, but my brain goes into overdrive, and I end up more tired than when I tried to rest.

Well, we are expecting more horrible weather here during the night. The winds yesterday have blown the blossoms off the Magnolia and my Daffs are horizontal, gutted. We have had hail and rain similar to the rains we had in Florida - seems like someone opened a zip in the sky and let out all the bathwater!
I'm now downing a lovely big glass of iced Baileys Irish cream (it's on offer at Tusco) only £12.00 for a litre! Oh rock on!
Maybe we should have a bit of Irish music to listen to whilst I imbibe!
