Yes, sunshine, cocktails and music ..... a magical combination indeed.
It's very foggy/misty here, but it looks like the sun is struggling to break through.
You have made me feel quite hungry burgy, mentioning those peanut butter and jelly sandwiches ... yum!
I'm going to have toasted teacakes in a moment or two.
Hope everyone who wasn't feeling on top of the world are now refreshed and feeling better.

well Done spyder you will have to try to do a little each day and gradually build up your distance. Easier said than done i know x
