I think if I ever got all the rent collected in one trip I would faint - there is always something. I may call a few realtors and see how the market is, perhaps it's time to sell it. I have had it for 11 years now and I think I've been through everything from a severely damaging hail storm (thank God for insurance) to a crooked management company. I got enough yesterday for the payment and the water bill anyway. They are 1 bedroom units, so I get single people mostly. Anyway made it home safely, went round on the round about they are constructing in Cheyenne. I'm still scratching my head and going what? over that one.

Tomorrow is to be our work day this week and next week is vacation time.

Trish, the wind is still blowing, but it has cooled things down a bit this week, so I don't think I will complain too much. It just dries things out so bad. I think it's getting close to time to cut the wheat.
