Hi Bill, when I went looking for an eBay alternative I found that site and read that review. The text and score has not changed since early 2011 so I wouldn't take much notice of it now. The review score is very unkind when it comes to Reliability/Security and Help/Support, the latter I have found to be superb here and worthy of 4 full stars and not the 2 1/2 given and I believe eBid is very secure.

You may notice as well that the logo is the old one. There are a few sites that have reviewed eBid out there which have out of date material and negative comments from former buyers dating back to 2008. These sites should do another review of eBid so that they can get their facts right.

eBid should chase down these reviews and ask for a proper 2012 appraisal as the old ones could turn away potential customers.
