    Red face Thanks to support

    Hi Guys,
    Just had a little problem with an item I bought not changing the paid icon to green automatically as it usually does when I pay.

    Had all the reference and id numbers, paypal etc and reported it to support and they advised me virtually by return and it is all resolved now.
    brilliantly quick and instructions dead easy to follow, many thanks.

    Has anyone else noticed this?

    I too have nothing but praise for the support team. I have only ever had a few small problems such as non paying bidders etc.
    I have always had a positive response and no problems have been left unresolved.
    They are super fast and it is such a refreshing change to get such personal service on line.
