Thread: Neutral Feedback

  1. #1

    Default Neutral Feedback

Neutral feedback has the same effect as negative in that it affects the Rating score the same way. This should be evaluated. Also, negative feedback from non-paying buyers should not be allowed. They did not earn the right to post feedback because they fail to pay.

Feedback can be edited if and when transaction changes. Unwarranted Neg Feedback can be deleted by eBid if you ask them to.

If I am with that I would not bother too much because I can see clearly from your feedback will be more neutral and negative in the future if you keep selling what you selling…because some of buyers understand what is it Disney DVD disc and some not understand what is it Disney DVD disc…In the end hold me for a word in the future and you going to see what I mean….

I just give to you a clue from some of your Feedbacks which in other way hard core Disney DVD disc fan will understand before buying from you:

Neutral: ‘’I don’t want this I change my mind’’
Positive: ‘’DVD didn’t work properly, but I don’t blame the seller’’ (In my opinion 1 out of 1,000.000.000 original factory Disney DVD Disc will not work)
Positive: ‘’AMAZING price for a classic Disney DVD’’
Positive: ‘’Fast delivery, movie skipped some?’’

I always think the most important thing about negative or neutral feedback is how the seller responds to it. If a person puts a calm, factual note explaining what went wrong I dismiss the neg, if there's a rant or the seller sounds petulant I tend not to deal with them. Even if the neg is undeserved, one's reaction tells people something. In that light I'd be inclined to remove the "go figure", which is an understandable reaction but looks a bit off - the simple fact of a non-paying buyer would be enough to reassure potential buyers.

as a side issue to this i think that it is a bit hard for new buyers to find a way to contact a seller (it is tucked away in the aal under ask such and such a question) i have had a seller not recive his/her item and then left me a neutral feedback as an attempt to contact me about said item not recived.

Absolutely, Kimbo. ~Which is why I have been biting my tongue for weeks over neutral feedback which states:
"Pattern is great but no explanation of abbreviations was provided".
For goodness sake! P: Purl K1: Knit One PSSO: Pass Slipstitch Over. PMSL: Well, no, not really.
