What is the auction listing ID number?

Ditto the above; if a deal sounds dodgy, I'd steer clear of it.

Not sure about bank transfer, with Paypal you can file a claim, not sure I'd pay through bank transfer. You may want to e mail support: support@ebid.net so they can look into this.

    Oh and welcome to eBid.

Best wishes for many sales to all,

The auction itself should have payment methods accepted. Never heard of anyone making someone use bank transfer. I don't use it.

Bank transfer is available, but if the seller refuses to accept payment with options given to the buyer and tries to force buyer to pay via bank transfer, then something is seriously wrong.

I regularly pay people via bank transfer and accept payments that way too.

I don't know how someone would make someone pay that way though unless they have no other payment options already available.

Bank Transfers are used regularly , but for a seller to say it takes too long for other methods is not right...it sounds dodgy to me...can you give the auction number please...then you might gat a better reply to your question.....papa.

Bank transfers are great for suitable transactions with trustworthy participants, but offer no security in dubious situations. Don't do it. And if the seller is refusing a payment method listed on the auction, report them to eBid.
