How do i buy?

Im currently new to ebid and have just used 'buy it now' its on my dashboard and everything but there is no where to pay for it?
i watched a video on bidding and buying and from the video my page did not do the same its just like a statement of the item n persons details nothing that says pay here or continue to pay or checkout

Welcome! Go to MY EBID at the top of the page. Click on tab that says WON. Then look in the right side of the page for a window with little red dots over it.....Click so you see options..................and REQUEST AN INVOICE.

Depending on who the seller is, this is the best and safest way to buy anywhere. If you were to pay directly, and the seller for some reason was unavailable, or not active, you might not get your item, and then might have a problem getting your moeny back. Best to check first that a seller is around and active by asking a question, or requesting an invoice.

Once you have that, you pay directly from the invoice. If the seller is not a Seller+, they may have to send you an invoice anyway, as I believe that feature is not automated for them. Good luck!

then Items I bid on
click on the item - this takes you to AAL - After Auction Log
look to top right of page - underneath the red buttons - choose an option - request invoice

ok thankyou all ive requested an invoice but not heard back, so will i be able to pay when they give the go ahead so to speak?

Do not pay until you hear from the seller.
What is/was the auction ID number?
