Have a direct listing down load from ebay not the naja lister

For me I do not use Turbo Lister at ebay. I use a softwear called Auction tamer. I had all my items put into a cvc file which they are sitting in now. I need a bulk up loader that can take my cvc file and up load it to ebid. I need some ideas on how to do this.

I would also be willing to pay a tech to take my listing from my cvc file and load them into My ebid if anyone is out there that can help me with it. Or point me in a direction to someone who will help me.
