I don't know if it's still the case, but I'm pretty sure originally the trigger for showing on the hot sellers list, wasn't the number of items sold by the seller that day, but the number of items paid for by their buyers.

Not true by me... I sold over 18 auctions to same buyer, 1 Day later I appeared n list, the next Day the buyer paid
Now I am selling over 15 auctions to a different buyer it is ongoing.

If there's another problem with the list I suggest you report it properly, they may not be looking at the thread any more, assuming we've just drifted into chit chat since the previous fix was made.
