    Default Smooth Sailing on Doing a Revised Invoice..Thank You, Gazza!

    Well, it hasn't happened to me very often, but I had three sales to the same buyer, sent an invoice for the three items with reduced shipping, etc. Problem is, the third book could not be found in my inventory...aaack!! So this morning I had to cancel the third item and send a revised invoice for the other two....TALK ABOUT SMOOTH!!!

    Thank you, Gazza, for designing a great invoicing system that allows us to accomplish this with ease...I've said it before and I'll say it again...YOU DA BOMB!!

    Did you use the new "Cancel sale" option? You must have been the first to try it!

    We decided not to show the black (cancelled) items in the My eBid Dashboard > Sold list, do you think we should and let the individual delete?

    Sorry I didn't get back til now, Gazza...been listing my brains out! Yes! I used the 'cancel sale' link and then went back to the other two sales and did a new invoice...worked like a charm! Yes, think it would be a good idea to leave the cancelled in the sold list and we can delete manually...THANK YOU AGAIN!!
