    Hopefully support would delete the fraudulently left feedback and ban the buyer.

    Buyer purchased here just with the intent of warning.. no proof just words.

    Yes no proof and never paid and never got product. Seems horrible of buyer any way you slice it. Unless by some miracle buyer knows this person is selling a fraudulent product, but how can they know when they never paid or got product?

    Then a non-performing seller would just have to keep refusing payment (perfectly possible with both paypal and google, for example) and the buyer could never leave the neg they may well deserve.

    Not at all, if they've listed something at a low start price expecting bids to push the price up, then it doesn't happen. Or they've accidentally relisted something they've already sold. Or their drop-ship company's out of stock. There are plenty of reasons why sellers don't want to go ahead with a sale, but they don't all try to scam the payment anyway - so they will refuse or refund. The buyer may still be justified in leaving negative feedback though.

    True. If I have an issue with something someone bought I tell them what the issue is. Never got a negative by being honest with someone. Though if you won and they refuse because price is to low I could understand maybe giving a negative.

    I once got a negative (elsewhere) because I lost a book I sold. I was disappointed, but the buyer had the right to do that, and no special reason to believe I hadn't just been sloppy or greedy and sold it somewhere else (though my feedback should have been a clue).
