Buyer purchased here just with the intent of warning.. no proof just words.
Buyer should never be allowed to post feedback till paying/paid.
Yes no proof and never paid and never got product. Seems horrible of buyer any way you slice it. Unless by some miracle buyer knows this person is selling a fraudulent product, but how can they know when they never paid or got product?

Not at all, if they've listed something at a low start price expecting bids to push the price up, then it doesn't happen. Or they've accidentally relisted something they've already sold. Or their drop-ship company's out of stock. There are plenty of reasons why sellers don't want to go ahead with a sale, but they don't all try to scam the payment anyway - so they will refuse or refund. The buyer may still be justified in leaving negative feedback though.
True. If I have an issue with something someone bought I tell them what the issue is. Never got a negative by being honest with someone. Though if you won and they refuse because price is to low I could understand maybe giving a negative.
