Why don't the locals start a co-operative if they don't want to lose it.
It will give them a reason to buy more fish and chips,
if their own money is invested.
There must be a couple of people out of work
that are willing to work for their supper.

I remember going to the fish and chip shop in Guiseley nearly thirty years ago, absolutely wonderful.
The franchised shops have never matched up to it.

Peoples chose capitalism and that is what you get…no crying around…you open…if you start to losing money…you not can stay in the business with losing the money month after month…’’creditors’’ will send to you monthly bills every month so…shut doors…and life goes on…
P.S. Many just don’t understand how private business works…but in my opinion will understand very quickly if people pay from own pocket every month for that business…
Capitalism is just like a big ‘’Casino’’…’’House most of time lost’’…....
