I had my nieces - well, three of them - staying last night so just getting the house back into some semblance of order - and that IS boring!

Lazy day - well, I did do several loads of laundry and made chocolate pudding for dessert tonight. Made lots of tea today. Hubby and I went to the Virtuous Well, a local historical attraction, to see the water at the lowest in memory. Interesting place, as people tie ribbons to the tree nearby as prayer requests for healing. Let the cat in. Let the cat out. Let the cat in. Fed the cat. Let the cat out. Cleaned the litter box. Told step son to tie his shoes as he went out the door back to uni.....my daughter broke her hand 2 weeks ago from tripping on untied laces. I'm sure he will ignore me. Time to let the cat in.

I've been up since 3:30 so I'm about ready for a nap. Did some listing and some work for my husband's company. Doing washing. Need to do some more bookkeeping, make some muffins, do some cleaning and think about what to make for supper. But, maybe that nap, or at least a quiet time with my book.
